Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on every order
We ship to all 50 US states at no extra cost.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 6 to 9 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders
During the holiday season, carriers can experience delays. We recommend ordering early to receive your dress in time for your event.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
