Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on averlone-us.online, operated by AVERLON GLOBAL (UK) LTD (company number 15734522), 25 Graystones Close, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6QU, United Kingdom ("AVERLONE", "we", "us").

1. Products
We sell women's clothing, mainly dresses. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Size guidance is provided on each product page.

2. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. Prices may change at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed at the time your order is placed. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud. In that case, you will be fully refunded.

4. Payment
Payment is made online by credit or debit card, or by the other payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never store your full card details.

5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 6 to 9 business days after shipping, to all 50 US states. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange on unworn items with tags attached. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Full details, including exceptions, are available in our Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full at no cost to you.

8. Customer service
For any question about an order, email support@averlone-us.online. We reply within 1 business day.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
